What are the documents require for Singapore Tourist Visa ?

Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months and minimum one blank page required. Please Note: Attach all old passports (if any).

Visa Application Form: Form 14A to be duly filled and signed by the applicant. 

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please note: Photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned/ stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of stay in brief. The letter should be duly signed by applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi.

Accommodation Proof: Confirm Hotel booking.

Air Ticket: Confirmed air ticket with ticket No.

Bank Statement: 06 Month Bank Statement ( 1 Lac Rupee Balance ) + Bank Stamp , Signature

Categories Wise Documents

If, Honeymoon Couple: Both Side Wedding card with correct name as per passport showing

If, Business holder:-

  1. Occupation Visiting Card & 2 Company Letter pad
  2. Proof of Business ownership like GST Certificate, Business License, MSME Certificate, F & B Form

If, Farmer:  06 Months J Form require with English translation + Valid For Embassy stamp

If, Employed:-

  1. NOC ( No Objection Letter ) from the company on its letter head
  2. Six months salary slips along with employee ID card copy.

If, Visiting Family / Relative / Friend – Need below Docs from invitee:-

  1. Invitation letter mentioning Singapore address, contact, FIN/NRIC number of Invitee with Relationship details. Letter should be addressed to “The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission – New Delhi”.
  2. PR Card copy.
  3. Passport Copy (bio data pages).
  4. Relationship proof.
